Dark, amber-colored honey from the sidr trees in the Hadramout Valley in Yemen. The trees bloom for only a few weeks a year, and harvesting takes place only during that short period. You can taste that scarcity: full-bodied, rich and aromatic, with a deep sweetness reminiscent of caramel and dates.

Taste: full-bodied and complex, with a long, warm finish. The finest in our range.

Enjoy with: traditionally pure from the spoon, as a moment for yourself. Also particularly delicious in warm milk or over fresh flatbread.
