Dark honey from the blossom of the carob tree, which grows on dry, rocky slopes in Morocco. The honey is full-bodied and dark, with a deep sweetness reminiscent of caramel.

Taste: full-bodied and dark, with notes of caramel and a soft, lightly roasted finish.

Enjoy with: on dark bread, stirred into warm milk, or with a cheese board featuring aged cheese.
