Amber-colored lavender honey from Morocco. Al-Khuzama is the Arabic word for lavender; a unique species of lavender grows in the Moroccan mountains, and its honey is fuller and warmer than its European cousins.

Taste: floral and warm, richer than ordinary lavender honey, with an aromatic finish.

Delicious with: in fresh mint tea, over couscous with almonds, or straight from the spoon.
