Dark, robust honey from the wild thyme fields of Morocco. Za'tar honey is one of the stronger varieties: full-flavoured, spicy and warm, with the aroma of thyme blossom still clearly present. No honey that hides in the background.

Taste: full and spicy, with a warm, slightly piquant finish. For lovers of characterful honey.
